When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), project stage, budget range (optional), a description of what you are building, and any files you choose to attach (drawings, CAD, PDFs, or images).

The form also captures basic attribution data — which page you came from and any UTM campaign parameters — so we can understand what brought you here. This is stored alongside your submission.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use IP addresses for spam protection and rate limiting on the contact form.

We use Leadfeeder to understand which companies visit this website and which pages interest them. Its tracker processes visit data such as IP address, browser and device information, referral source, and pages viewed. If form tracking is enabled in Leadfeeder, it may also associate information you submit through a form with your visit history.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may also process usage data when enabled through our website configuration.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, review your project, and assess feasibility, timeline, and cost. We use website visit data to understand interest in our services, improve the site, and identify potential business customers. We do not sell or rent your personal data; our service providers process it to support these activities.

Files you upload are reviewed only by the Vango team working on your project. If you need an NDA before sending sensitive files, say so — we are happy to sign one first.

To operate the site and deliver your inquiry, we rely on a small set of providers:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure (servers, logs, CDN).

Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions.

Feishu (Lark) — optional internal team notification when an inquiry arrives; only if enabled.

Leadfeeder — website visit analytics and company identification, including form tracking when enabled in our Leadfeeder account.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — only if enabled via environment configuration.

WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us there, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

Each provider processes data only to provide the service, under their own privacy terms and data-processing agreements.

We keep inquiry records (including attached files) as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, to support your project. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Leadfeeder may use cookies or browser storage to recognise returning visitors and connect visits. Other analytics services may set cookies when enabled. You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings.

You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to tell you exactly what we have. Email info@vango.tech and we will respond — usually within a few business days.
