How do we start?

What does Vango manufacture?
Vango provides CNC machining, mold design and manufacturing, and plastic injection molding. Each service can be ordered on its own, or combined for a complete plastic part project.
Can I order only CNC machining?
Yes. Send the drawing or CAD file, material, quantity, and inspection requirements. We accept prototype, first-article, and production CNC orders.
Can I order only a mold?
Yes. We accept standalone mold design, manufacturing, modification, trial, and validation projects. Ownership and handover are agreed before work starts.
Do you provide plastic injection molding?
Yes. A project can start with a new part, a new mold, or an existing mold. The scope can include part review, mold trials, injection molding, and inspection.
Who owns the mold?
The party that pays for the tooling owns it unless the project agreement says otherwise. Storage, maintenance, production use, and handover conditions are agreed before tooling work starts.
What should I send for a quote?
A drawing, CAD file, sample, or clear photos are enough to start. Include the material, target quantity, application, and the features that matter most.
What is your minimum order?
There is no single minimum across CNC, mold, and injection molding work. Send the target quantity and we will explain the practical route before quoting.
How do you protect project files?
We can review an NDA before receiving sensitive files. Drawing revisions and project data are controlled according to the agreed scope.
